Canada Life Financial Corporation was established in 1847. In May 2017 the company contributed $25,000 to Canadian Red Cross to help people affected by extensive spring flooding in Canada.
In 2003 the company was taken over by The Great-West Life. As a result, the forms below are the same for that insurance company.
